If you still can not connect to the internet, do as follows:

1. open your computer’s network preferences, and make sure that you have just the follow three connection types:

network-set

if you have more than three about it, just remove it by click minus(-) button (this image is just show about airport type, if you are in ethernet type, do as your normal setting),remove it and apply your change by click [Apply] button.

2. then quit your pppoe client app, and reopen it again, try as the help manual docs.

To use this pppoe client, we just flow these steps:

2. set it, choose your network type, Area, set your username and password, fill the service name with what you like possible.

3. connect it:

4. if you are the first to use it, one thing you must allow it with your macOS password(this step save your pppoe username and password in you own macOS):

note it, if your network is not connected to the pope server, one dialog will be shown to you as follows:

if this happened, you should quit this app, and try it later.
